Processing of personal data
For our online test system or if you contact us for other reasons, it is unavoidable that you provide us with personal data. This data will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided to us.
Your name, address and any other personal data will only be stored for the purpose of testing or for the fulfillment of other services. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective service. It will then be deleted unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain it.

Data transfer to third parties
In principle, we do not intend to pass on your data to third parties. In rare cases, however, we are legally obliged to do so or the disclosure of your data to third parties is unavoidable in order to fulfill the agreed service. We will provide you with sufficient information about this. External partner companies only receive the most necessary personal data. Furthermore, we ensure as far as possible that our external partner companies comply with the same strict guidelines as we do regarding the transfer of data to third parties.

Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can contact our data protection coordinator or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data protection authority.

Server failure
Should our server fail for a short time and our online test system or any other of our services be unavailable as a result, this technical defect will not give rise to any liability claims on your part. Of course, in the unlikely event of a service failure, we will rectify this technical defect as quickly as possible. This agreement applies to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In addition, we are also bound to the Psychologengesetz 2013 Fassung vom 21.05.2018 which takes particular account of the confidentiality of the treating psychologist with regard to the patient's data.
