Company-specific software development for personnel selection and development: Customized development of psychological test procedures in the following areas:

  • Personality (WAVE, motivational skills, frustration tolerance, decisiveness, customer orientation,...) and
  • Special skills (PC skills, formulation skills, communication styles).

The use of computer-based test procedures on PC systems. Handhelds and even Java-enabled cell phones can be used for special questions. Testing on the job possible (during work), e.g. for occupational health issues (investigations into the effect of fumes or unfavorable light or noise conditions on work performance) or for diagnostics under extreme conditions (personal protection personnel, special units of the police or armed forces: testing possible directly at the place of deployment)

The software can be administered via standalone PC, internal company networks (intranet) or the Internet. Our experienced psychologists and programmers can create a new test very quickly with your help; a preliminary test run to clarify the test quality criteria (objectivity, reliability and validity) is routinely carried out in order to stand out clearly from 'magazine tests'.

The German DIN standard 33430 (2002) and the international ITC guideline (Guidelines of the International Test Commission, 2001) are used as the basis for the creation and performance of tests. This allows us to build on modern and internationally recognized quality standards, which are also extremely important documents for the customer for the purpose of verifying our work.
