<\/strong>Zurzeit existiert kein einheitliches valides und international akzeptiertes Konzept vom Burnout. Die zumeist verwendeten Messinstrumente sind von zweifelhafter Konstruktvalidit\u00e4t, differierender externer Validit\u00e4t und mangelhafter Reliabilit\u00e4t. Auch die Normierungen sind f\u00fcr die Erhebung von Pr\u00e4valenzzahlen in der Gesamtbev\u00f6lkerung kaum geeignet. Die Erhebung der Schweregrad des Burnouts ist jedoch von zentraler Bedeutung, da dieser die nachfolgenden Interventionen pr\u00e4ventiver und therapeutisch-rehabilitativer Natur bestimmt.
<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/strong>Nach einer allgemeinen Instruktion sowie einem soziodemografischen Teil mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsleben werden die dichotomen Testitems zur Selbstbeurteilung pr\u00e4sentiert. Inkludiert sind ferner drei Visuell-Analog-Skalen (VAS) zur Erfassung des subjektiven Beschwerdeerlebens auf den Dimensionen Beruf. Familie und Pers\u00f6nlichkeit. Es ist sowohl Einzel- als auch Gruppenvorgabe m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Die Reliabilit\u00e4t im Sinn einer inneren Konsistenz ist aufgrund der Geltung des Rasch- Modells gegeben. Das Cronbach Alpha f\u00fcr die 4 Skalen liegt zwischen 0,75 und 0,94.

<\/strong>Die Validit\u00e4t des BODI ist aufgrund der hohen \u00dcbereinstimmung mit anderen Testverfahren gegeben, die dieselben Merkmale\/Dimensionen erfassen. Weiters liegt inhaltliche G\u00fcltigkeit vor, weil der Test theoriegeleiteten Vorstellungen entspricht. Die multiple Korrelation mit den komplement\u00e4ren MBI Skalen betr\u00e4gt.76. Die Konstruktvalidit\u00e4t ist demnach gegeben.
Die diskriminante Validit\u00e4t mit diagnostizierten Burnoutf\u00e4llen betr\u00e4gt 73%, nach Kreuzvalidierung 72%. Das bedeutet, dass ca. \u00be von Personen aufgrund der vier BODI Skalen korrekt klassifiziert werden k\u00f6nnen (liegt Burnout vor oder nicht).
